Our Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration service ensures all critical user data, collaboration content, and mailbox configurations are transferred accurately and securely.
Gmail to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)
We migrate core Gmail and collaboration data, including inbox, emails, folders and labels, contacts, calendars, calendar notifications, and Google Categories, ensuring continuity in Microsoft 365; however, calendar reminders, Google Spaces and Spaces chats, appointments, chat message attachments, Google Groups for Business, calendar attachments and permissions, tasks, chats and chat history, email attachments that are links to Google Drive, some calendar colors, rules, and automatic replies are not included in the migration.
Google Drive to Microsoft 365 (OneDrive for Business)
We migrate all business-critical Google Workspace content, including folders and shared folders, file and folder permissions, G Suite native files (such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides), code files, documents, images, executables, video and audio files, and associated comments—ensuring structure, access, and collaboration history are preserved in Microsoft 365. Personal or free Google Drive accounts, file or folder shortcuts, and Google Photos are not included in the migration.
Google Shared Drives to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online)
We migrate files and folders along with their permissions, version history (up to 25 versions), and key metadata, including file and folder names, created and modified dates, and modified-by information; file descriptions are preserved by mapping them to the Title column at the destination in Microsoft 365.
