Endpoint Management with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot: Configured all endpoints using Windows Autopilot integrated with Microsoft Intune, enabling automated device provisioning and secure management.

Identity & Access Management: Customized Microsoft Entra ID branding and enforced strong authentication policies for enhanced security and a professional user experience.

Microsoft Copilot Enablement: Successfully set up Microsoft Copilot to empower the client with AI-driven productivity tools across Microsoft 365 apps.
